@Nowrule  Hello. Usually these types of notices go out when a customer has a balance carried over from the previous month that hasn't been fully paid up to date and will generate the notice or when they have paid their previous month right when the new bill is generating. If you received this in error, please disregard and I apologize for the inconvenience. I have the internal folks taking  a look into it to resolve if there is an issue. Thank you.
