No response back from a billing dispute and now unable to contact anyone
I called last week to dispute charges that were supposedly added to my account in 2016 that I was unaware of. I have not heard back from anyone and I am unable to get to anyone through the prompts on the automated system. I found out about this issue when I tried to upgrade phones and add a line to my account. My phone is having major issues and I am unable to resolve any of these problems because my issue was not handled as urgent.
