Invoices

Greetings,

Digital Life was mailing paper invoices to my home but has stopped for some unknown reason.  I have been receiving last fees on a monthly late fees.  I have requested to speak with a supervisor several times but the reps will not transfer the call.  Today, I requested to speak with a supervisor.  I have been on hold for over 25 minutes.  

 

Can someone assist with this issue.
