HORRIBLE PRODUCT

I had my product installed 3 months ago and the tech said there was a proble with the connection and said someone would be out in a few days to fix it...  3 months pass and someone calls to say the service I have been paying for hasen't been working the whole time.  I tell him they never fixed it and I want to cxl.. he said ok.  You can have 2 months free or pay 500 dollars to cancell.  Why should I pay to cancell a service that doesn't work that I have already been paying for??? HORRIBLE
