Horrible Disservice!!!!

AT&T locked my family in our home and refused to resolve the issue with their lock. Further communications were met with interactions from their dishonest and ‘less than intelligent’ support team who lied about billing adjustments etc. 

 

the BBB has been informed and their is a document being prepared for the Florida Secretary of Agriculture who handles consumer complaints. 

When we asked (on a recorded line) for an escalation, ‘Shereen’ (probably an alias) gave us the corporate address to send a letter!!!

***** This horrible company sends some low-brow ‘I’ve worked here for 20 years’ person you try to ‘brow beat’ me into submission. [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. I do not understand how this company can expect to provide this level of horrible service and stay in business but rest assured that the grass roots movement is being mobilized. We will flood social media. Websites, print and live media with the stories of fraud, dishonesty, aggression, and deceit. All my calls are recorded.
