AT&T locked my family in our home and refused to resolve the issue with their lock. Further communications were met with interactions from their dishonest and ‘less than intelligent’ support team who lied about billing adjustments etc.
the BBB has been informed and their is a document being prepared for the Florida Secretary of Agriculture who handles consumer complaints.
When we asked (on a recorded line) for an escalation, ‘Shereen’ (probably an alias) gave us the corporate address to send a letter!!!
