Horrible Customer Service
I am having horrible problems with getting my issue resolved with Digital life customer service. I am still an At&t customer (home phone and cell phones) so I figured it would be best to start here before taking my complaint further. I called to cancel my account almost 3 months ago and I was a little apprehensive then because the person clearly did not speak English. The assured me everything was done. I also requested to speak with a supervisor because I noticed I had been billed twice for a few months. Once on the 11th and then again on the 28th. I never received a call back and tried again and of course never received a call back. I figured it was just my loss and I would like to add that the calls have taken over 40 minutes on the phone each time. I then started getting calls indicating that I had not paid my bill. so I call back and again got someone that did not speak English I informed them that my account had been cancelled and they indicated it had not. I informed them that everything had been cancelled. Once again I get a call from them and once again they informed me that my account had not been cancelled. I am running out of resources other than contacting an attorney for help. Any idea how to get this resolved?
