Help! I need to cancel my Digital Life Service!

I am extremely upset and disappointed with Digital Life! I have called every day for several days for assistance and have been on hold for over an hour each time! I have been in transition between houses for months now and my Digital Life service has just added to my burden. At this point, I just want to cancel my service...but I can't even do that! I keep getting the run around! It's very upsetting. As a loyal ATT customer ( I have had my cable, phone and security system with ATT for years) I don't understand why I just can't find proper assistance or just a reasonable solution. Can someone please assist me?!

@BigHeartedMom Hello. Whenever a customer contacts us for any reason it is documented in the system automatically that a customer called. It is not a choice for a representative to document it or not being that we are home security.  Back when you were installed and until several months later, there are no notes of any contact from you regarding the account. I am trying to assist with crediting the termination charge for you but I cannot credit the entire amount. If you do pay the $481.89 , you can pay it via calling us at 1-855-288-2727 option 2. Once it is paid, you can let me know here and I will then credit off the termination fee.

@ATTDigitalLifeCS - Thank you for the help you've offered me in getting this to the point where I can add lines of service to my wireless account. I made the $481.89 payment today. The confirmation number is 6PL7CSR1N068HF4. Please let me know what the status is. I am eager to get the new phones I've purchased connected. Thank you again for your support. @BigHeartedMom  Hello. My apologies for the delay in my response. I was out for a couple days and no one else can see my private messages. I just submitted all of this information over to one of our specialists and I have them working on the account. I will circle back with you in a bit once they let me know that the account has been cleared up.

@BigHeartedMom Hello again. We have credited the account the $660.58. It can take up to 48 hrs for it to flow thru all of the systems reflecting that the account has a zero balance on it. It will also take 24-48 hours for it to be pulled back from the collection agency. You should  be all set to get the phones in the next day or 2. Let me know if you have any questions .

I am moving and need to cancel my Digital Life service.  I don't see a way on line to cancel.  Can you help me?
