Help! I need to cancel my Digital Life Service!
I am extremely upset and disappointed with Digital Life! I have called every day for several days for assistance and have been on hold for over an hour each time! I have been in transition between houses for months now and my Digital Life service has just added to my burden. At this point, I just want to cancel my service...but I can't even do that! I keep getting the run around! It's very upsetting. As a loyal ATT customer ( I have had my cable, phone and security system with ATT for years) I don't understand why I just can't find proper assistance or just a reasonable solution. Can someone please assist me?!
