Filing a BBB complaint
I plan on cancelling my digital life service and filing a BBB complaint by the end if today if I am not contacted immediately to resolve my issue. I have not had access to my services since Sept and my balance has been waived (rightfully so) until now, when a manager "Cary" told me she can't help me, but she would be "just as concerned". Save me the call center language and help. Please contact me ASAP, or give me the number to corporate so a REAL manager or director can help.
