deceptive practices while trying to cancel my fulfilled contract by service rep and Now told I’m renewed contract I Never agreed to because I accepted a free digital door lock if I didn’t cancel my monthly monitoring that was month to month and cancelable any time I wished to cancel
now I can’t even get a customer service supervisor locally as all calls are routed to the Caribbean office which is beyond my beliefs that att would tie itself to this type of customer service
