Digital Life Issues- need an address or email address to send my COMPLAINT!!!

They make it very difficult to get in touch with someone here! I want an address or an email address where I can send a formal letter of complaint. I have already talked to multiple customer service reps in addition to sening a private message to Digital Life on here. What else can I do???

After experiencing multiple issues and dealing with rude or just clueless reps and supervisors I disconnected my system and went to another alarm company.  Here's the funny part...according to Digital Life my alarm has been working just fine. Even as it sits disconnected in a box. LOL. Gives you great peace of mind, doesn't it????

I just want to cancel service and NOT pay the termination fee for something that is not working...

Hi, I saw your email and appreciate that you had someone call me. However, I wanted to let you know that an "escalation specialist" named Bobbie called me last week. She didn't know about my whole situation, nor did she care. In fact she escalated the situation immediately by telling me that she did not read my letter and that it didn't matter anyway because she was absolutely not going to waive the early termination fee because according to her "it was a valid charge". Then, when I tried to explain the whole thing to her she HUNG UP ON ME!! I can't even believe it. I was just at the part in my story where digital life is continuing to send me "low battery alert emails". Remember, this is on a disconnected and cancelled system. Also, I received a phone call that a technician would be coming to my house on Monday. Seriously?? This is how disjointed and awful my experience with Digital Life has been. I know there is nothing you can do either. But it makes me feel better to get it out there...

I just saw your complaint while I am sitting here while the technician is putting in my system. I pray I don't have the same experience because this is my worst thought!

Dont bother these people are lame. I hope you never want to cancel your service because it is next to impossible. Their customer service is terrible and ATT will not help you with anything.

Oh and for gods sake never forget your secret answer or they wont even talk to you even if you are in an ATT store with your two forms of ID that they ask for

I am also having a horrible time with ATT digital life and looking for alternative contact methods because nobody will help escalate my issue. I called three times to cancel my installation because it wasn't in our budget and they finally talked me into staying for 50% off the original quoted price. I repeatedly asked the rep to confirm that it would be for the full two-year contract term and she assured me that yes, it would be immediate and for the full term of the contract, after which it would change and I could call in for a new promotion. Come to find out two months later, after I am now conveniently (for them!) locked into a contract, that she only wrote in the notes on their end that the promotion is for six months and doesn't kick in until 3 months after the service began. Well I fought with them until they backdated the bill so I got the 50% off price for the first two months, but they are still refusing to acknowledge that their staff sold me a product under false pretenses (AKA LIED TO ME). They claim there is no way they can listen to the recordings of our phone call (another lie because my boyfriend worked in customer service and we all know that's how they're evaluated) or honor the promise that was made to me. All they would provide is a physical address to which I could write my complaint. This battle doesn't end here, though. I will not pay them more than what they promised me, or I will cancel the service and I also will not be paying a contract termination fee. If they believe otherwise, they will be facing legal action.

It is beyond me why companies believe they can get away with such poor customer service. All of them, including Digital Life now, seem to plan these sneaky tactics so they can collect more money from duped customers that they do not believe will challenge them. They assumed wrong with me, but it is sad how often they get away with this unethical behavior. AT&T should be ashamed.
