To Whom It May Concern,
I purchased a phone back in 2016 via promotional deal of buy one get one free. The deal included a credit of $25/month after first 4 months. I didn't receive the promotional offer on my bill, which totals to $750 in credits. I have been every month since 2016 and I have been told that a case needed to be open and someone will contact me when the issue is resolved. I spoke with Tori and Mr Makoni 2/24/2019 for 3 hours and they both lied to me the entire conversation. At this point, I'm considering switching to another mobile carrier if this issue isn't resolved.
