Complaint

I have been a loyal customer with ATnT services since 2015. I got the security system through you all right after I was robbed. I’m currently going to move within the next month but you all aren’t trying to charge me a fee of $350 just to do so. That is ridiculous when the cancellation fee is around $380.  So in other words you all would rather a loyal customer cancel your services than to waive or even lower the cost of the moving fee. If you think about it you all would be losing money if I cancel my services AND you would be losing a loyal customer. This doesn’t make sense. NOBODY charges this amount of money to transfer any type of services. What happened to ATT thanks or ATnT loyalty?
