Cannot cancel digital life
Hi - I've tried to cancel my account for quite some time now.. I have mailed, called, and gone online to cancel my account and I can't reach anyone that will help me OR follow through on what they said they'd do. When I've called and can't get through, I'm on hold forever, and I eventually have to hang up bc I work full time. It's more than frustrating. I saw that multiple users have had problems cancelling, so I thought maybe a service agent would respond and let me DM them to fix this - like a few others in the community have done? I'm HOPEFUL that someone can help me? Thanks so much - in advance.

Just like the original poster, I spent months trying to get this account closed. Eventually I would get a non native english speaker who would tell me that it was cancelled and then a few weeks later I would get another bill. Rinse and repeat. Now I have started getting threatening letters. Calls to ATT loyalty have gotten me no response, I am just told they don't have anything to do with the "digital life service" and they give me the phone number in India again. It is time for someone to put a stop to this nonsense and I assure you I have no attention of paying any more money to this alarm company. I have ATT internet service, home phone service, Directv and 9 wireless lines with ATT at the moment. If I don't get some satisfaction on this issue that will be changing. Other users need to know that this alarm thing is NOT part of ATT.
