Cancelling Service

I need to cancel my services. The system is very outdated and the majority of the sensor and panels no longer work. I recently spent hours to finally speak to a support member only to have an appointment to fix everything cancelled and no word back on a reschedule for months. 

 

Since DL provides basically 0 options for customer support (all I can find are forums) for email/chat/etc... and between the app and the site login one of the two generally don't work 95% of the time I am done with the service. 

 

Started off well but has gone down hill tremendously and it's clear it's not a key investment area for ATT any further.
