Cancelled service and still getting a bill
I cancelled my service in December and was aggressively pushed to keep my service since I was no longer under a contract, they even offered to half my bill ! BUT I said no thanks and did in fact received a confirmation email about my cancelled service (saved !)
in jan I received collection calls regarding my bill with AT&T Digital Life - since over a month I’m getting these calls and email from them threatening to shut my service off?! It has been off since I canceled it! Today I decided to call them about it, kept getting the run around because I couldn’t verify my super secret account password, provided address name everything else- pin code to cancel alarm blabla- they can’t provide Info service without.
