Billed wrong again!
I've had nothing but problems since I switched to a bundle package with AT&T for home phone, director and Internet. First, it took from September to January to get the phone installed. The internet installation guy told me to get off the phone with customer service because "I didn't need to be on there with them"! I had a question he couldn't answer. The first installation appointment was missed, no calless, no show. My bill has been 3x what the promotion said it would be. I call every month. The bundled my wireless into it all without asking me, it was the only thing billed correctly. Now instead of paying $90 a month, it's $300. [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. Every customer service person says they are fixing it when I find outhat nothing happened for the next month. I don't want to get on the phone for over an hour trying to fix a bill every month. Sick of it. I'm going back to Suddenlink.
