Bill balance dispute after Digital Life service cancelled
On Monday Jan 7th. I called to cancel my AT&T Digital Life service and a cancellation email received same day. The account is inactive since Jan. 7th so I am not able to access it online. Yesterday I spoke with a DL representative and was told they could NOT email a copy of a final bill since I was a PAPERLESS customer. Instead ta paper reprint of the bill can be sent at a fee of $5 (representative agreed to waive the fee). Today I received (3)three emails indicating "Regretfully, we cancelled your AT&T Digital Life service..." and some references to "collection agency". Unfortunately, I don't have a final bill yet and therefore NO confirmation of the service dates I am now being charged for. How can I get an email confirmation of the service dates ?
