ATTDigitalLifeCS Promised A Follow-up On 10/1....

I posted a message here on 10/1 because we just moved into our home

and I need to activate a security system. An AT&T representative using

the name "ATTDIgitalLifeCS" promised that "a specialist would reach out

to <me> directly" but it's been four days and nobody has followed- up

with me.


You can check my history/chat log (the session was marked "private"

by ATTDIgitalLifeCS) for the details of the conversation.


When is someone going to follow-up? Should I contact ADT?

@BeatMichigan  Hello. You are correct, I did state a specialist would reach out to you and that it would take 24-48 business hours for them to as they prioritize customer alarms first and foremost... 10/1 was Thursday and your information was submitted to them that day.... 24-48 business hours could be 3-4 business days and they would not reach out on a weekend. I responded to your other message that they should be reaching out today or tomorrow.
