AT&T, THIS HAS TO STOP!

i have been trying to contact any customer service supervisor based in USA without any luck. I have been on the phone with Malaysia and Jamaica customer support for over 5.5 HOURS! I was on HOLD for 68 MINUTES yesterday just to have a rep answer the phone. After asking for a supervisor i was placed on HOLD for 32 ADDITIONAL MINUTES  for the supervisor, i was asked by the supervisor to confirm my identity and account information. Then she put me on hold to look at the notes on my account so she could better assist me. She then put me on HOLD for 44 ADDITIONAL MINUTES.  Upon her return, i proceeded to explain my billing and promised but non-applied credits to her and was informed that she has no notes on my account at all regarding any complaints made over the past almost two years! She didn't even have a record of AT&T Digital Life replacing my system about 6 months ago with a new one! (I wonder why it took her 44 Minutes to review notes on my account if there were no notes!!!).

 

I am FED-UP with the CRAP AT&T Digital Life calls customer service. My Account is suspended and i cannot access my app due to billing errors. I WILL NOT BE HELD HOSTAGE BY AT&T.
