ATT DIGITAL LIFE NEVER WORKED AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR EARLY TERMINATION
I signed up for ATT Digital Life because it was suggested to me by the ATT sales associate. From day one the service was horrible. The install was horrible the installer drilled holes in my wall and put the keypad in the middle of the hallway instead of by the back door. He said that was the only place it could go. I got another installer out to the house and they moved it by the back door where it belongs. We had issues with the cameras from the start of service until I finally stopped paying ATT. I finally got someone on the phone and they gave me $150.00 credit said it was software issues and they would have someone out to check. We waited a few weeks for someone to come out and the cameras worked ok for a week or so but then they stopped working again. After numerous phone calls, AT&T finally agreed to let me out of the contract and said I would owe no money. That was the middle of the year. A few days ago I wandered into the att store to possibly pay off a couple of my phones and maybe upgrade, I currently have nine lines with ATT and pay $650/month and also have Direct TV thru AT&T. Up to this time I have never had an issue making changes with my phone plan. I was told by the sales rep that I couldn't make changes because i owe $400 early termination fee for the digital life. I called and talked with a lot of different people at AT&T to get this resolved and they will do nothing. Anyone else having these issues and how did you get it resolved.
