tv set up

I have two roku tvs and the internet box is set up with one. My husband and I are trying to set up my mother in law tv, but it is saying no signal and when we try to type in user id or password, it say it is not corrected and lokc the accout. To set up the tv, do we need to use the wi fi network name and wi fi password, or the email on file with the password?

You need an internet connection on each set to use the service. Any internet subscription with acceptable bandwidth should work. A subscription allows for the access to 2 active streams at one time unless you have purchased a 3rd stream for $5. You will need to enter the id/password of the subscription being used when prompted to use the service.

If the account is locked then you will need to contact support and consult with a support rep to remove the locked account.

Thank you! Yes, I'm aware about it needs an internet connections....that's the problem. It's not letting us signed in to access the internet. I spoke with someone earlier from At&t and they said they can help us out, but will have to do it when my husband get off, since account under his info.
Also I read as of Jan 1. 2020, you won't be able to add the at&t channel to your roku device. Then it goes on to say, already have at&t on your roku device, you can keep using it long as you don't delete the app. Well thank God I had already had roku cause I just purchase another one, 75 inch at that...….. Not good for those folks who don't have it already,..... not good at all for both parties

For initial tv connection to your internet you use your WiFi username and password, no signal indicates the tv is on the wrong input
