ATT remote

Volume and mute button, DO NOT WORK. I have reset the remote several times and I have reset the box as well. I have also replaced the batteries. Still does not work.

Since resetting and replacing the batteries didn't work, we suggest ordering a replacement remote for your AT&T service. You can order one directly from our website.
