Help me please

I set up a account online for at&t tv and internet but they messed up my information on the billing address. I tried to correct the issue for3-4weeks and no one will tell me what happened or give me my information cause the person that did the billing address gave a address that I don't know help

You've contacted them at 800-288-2020 and they were unable to help?  Have you tried logging in at   (Use the credentials you set up when you created your account - the sign on is under the Account dropdown at the top of the page.)  If you can log in there, you should be able to see (and maybe change) your info.
