Can’t log on
I can’t log onto my account. Says my email and name doesn’t exist. I’ve turned my receiver in over 2 months ago and still getting charged with it. Just cancel me now. I’m fed up with all of this.

Have you tried logging in on the att.com website? (Sign-in is under the Account drop down at the top of the page.)
