Cancel AT&T TV and switch to Directv

I just got your new AT&T TV and to say I am disappointed is an understatement.  I was chatting with one of your employees and she said I had 14 days from time that I ordered to cancel service and change to something else..  I want to switch to DirectTv but have some questions on the channel lineup
