Restarted Router and Landline says "NO LINE"

I restarted my router, and my internet came back on, but my phone lines didn't. I checked my router's webpage, and it says that  line 1 is not registered. I've tried restarting the router's phone line, unplugging and plugging the phone back into the router and power outlet, but nothing has worked.
