You'll have to contact customer service.  This is a customer to customer help forum so we can't help you with getting a line installed, plus they'll need a lot more information than what you can provide on the open forums. 

Many years ago I cancelled my at&t phone service on our rural property that has no electricity.  The poll with the cord to plug in to our cordless phone is still on the property.  We only had a motorhome to plug in the phone since we have no house.

How do I get this reactivated.  My name is Denise Llanes and my phone number is (edited as per the community guidelines).  The rural property is on Hwy 94 in Tecate, CA 91980.
