Online Account Security Breech
When our digital phone was installed, our account got mixed up with another person's installation. Their email address is in our account and they are receiving confidential information about our account. We never received a bill for this month. If I hadn't gone online and paid it, would we be responsible for a late payment? Called AT&T and ... crickets. I emailed the other party myself, but I feel AT&T needs to address this situation for both of us. I typed up a detailed email explaining the situation and what my investigation into the situation discovered, but there is no way to contact AT&T and share how the technician working in both of our homes created a major breech of security. What should I do next?
