No Show for 3 days though promised priority. Senior mother needs landline. Manager screamed at her.
I have never in my life experienced such runaround, daily promised installation and no show 3 times now at #priority status. What happened to this company. My mother ordered a landline and was promised installation on Wednesday. No one showed. Thursday we called at 8:44am and were promised priority and a tech would install by 6pm and they stated he did not have the equipment to install Wednesday. No show again yesterday and we called and a manager screamed at my mom and Tim the nasty manager would not listen to the issue we were having. His name was Tim. What manager screams and HANGS UP on a 72 year old customer that just wants help. She has high blood pressure and needs a landline and cancelled Comcast because she was promised installation Wednesday from you, ATT. @ATTCares.
TODAY we called at 8am and were told a different story (daily different reasons why they no showed). They assured it was set to urgent priority and a tech was assigned and would be done early today. The tech would call us and it would be done by 5pm. I followed up at 3pm and now they state it will be finished by 6 but NO TECH IS ASSIGNED TO INSTALL. It is 5:10pm and no call from a tech yet.
Every day they swear it will be done that day, every day it is not. This is fraud.
At&t, this is ridiculous. You misled a senior in to giving up Comcast, and now she has no phone line (as our cell is unreliable out here). If she has an emergency, I am holding you responsible!
No one will allow us to speak to a manager, no one will take accountability or give us a guarantee of when or what is going on. Management should forward to appropriate department and ensure resolution. This should be urgent status meaning do 1st since it was missed for so many days and a senior needs it.
I have never experience such an unprofessional company in my life.
@ATTCares, do you care? No one helps and managers do not have the business accumen to get on the line and speak to customers and get the the root of the issue. Techs are delinquent and no one cares. #ATT noes not seem to care.

I just want to say that I am sorry that your mother was treated this way. I am on hold trying to get my in-laws phone repaired. Service has been out for 4 days and after numerous calls and on hold for 30-45 ins at a time, we get disconnected after holding for the repair center. We are all disabled and my in-laws are 86 yrs old. A T & T has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I hope your mother got her service and again I just wanted to say how sorry I was to read about your trouble with the company. I don't know what to do, but I am wasting my day on hold.

Please help me get my landline on, line can not call in or out did prop order for repair due to I am a cancer patient and still no repair done here........ Please someone get this done 740 934 2555 no cell can be used here in rural area
