NEED SERVICE!!!

I am moving to a new home and my neighbor has AT&T, up and down my street there is at&T but when I call or go online it says no service available.I am elderly and I need a house phone. We also want tv and internet. Is there a local number I can call for Orange county Texas 77632 to have someone come out and get me hooked up? Please help!
