Landline wire needs to be reconnected
After Hurricane Ida, the AT&T wire from the phone pole to our home has been down. My father and I want it reconnected.
I've called every month and we are still receiving a bill. Last time I called I received a date of repair, December 8, 2021, it still has not been fixed. We want it fixed.

Once it is fixed, don't neglect to request credit for the period of time you did without service. It may not be automatic.

You can escalate to an executive by filling out the form you can also file an FCC complaint. Stating you want it fixed on a user board isn't going to get it done.

well turns out, i called tuesday morning around 8am, the lady that received the call, said a repairman would be out that day. so i called my father at home to let him know incase. turns out a guy came by fixed it!
so i think next time something happens i should call at 8am instead of 4:30 when i get home from work :)
either way, it's fixed for now! :)
