landline hanging cant get any help
is there any location in Madison Wisconsin i can go to to complain and talk to a human. we have a phone line hanging or sagging from our pole to the house. it needs to be tightened. I have tried calling18002882020 and i get routed to customer service which doesn't speak English very clear and doesn't help me at all.
We no longer have a house phone we use wireless and this line is from our house phone we used to have..
Can anyone help me PLEASE. i just need it tighten up so it is not sagging thru my driveway.
please help me

Follow the instructions for downed or obstructed lines You need to follow the instructions to keep from being transferred around.

This is the problem. It doesn't ask you those questions. You can say no service. Etc it doesn't accept those prompts. It then routes you to customer service and you get know were once again. Done this for 45 mi s rou d and round.
There has to be a direct line to line service
