Junction box/pole blocking driveway construction - Stockbridge Georgia
Hello. The Law Firm I work for represents a client who is having issues contacting someone from AT&T to address the relocation of a junction box/pole that has been placed in such a way on his property that he cannot construct a driveway.
Please provide contact information, (email, mailing address, phone number, etc.) for the department or entity which can assist in addressing this issue.

Contact the buried wire center. I see two drives in your photo, is there going to be a third one? The pedestal will be within and easement so any moving of the terminal will most likely be at the owner's expense.

There will be a third driveway constructed between the existing two. So far the buried wire center, repair center has not provided a remedy. I have been told that someone would contact the property owner (this has not happened) and/or someone would go out to remove the pedestal (also has not happened). When checking my repair ticket status, I am told the matter has been escalated to the field manager, but no contact information was given. I have no one to follow up with at this point, and no answers have been provided. No options have been given. I feel the matter is being ignored.

You can escalate to a customer care executive by filling out the form. Ignore the header.

if in an easement then they wont move it, and if they do it will be 100% the homeowners cost, last ped i relocated cost the customer 15k and it took over a year for planning, engineering and permits and work load
