In - ground line replcement
My line currently runs under full grown bushes that have built root balls around the wires and seem to affect the signal. I have already installed conduit from hub to house to have a new line put in place. Please advise whom to contact.

Pull string (mull tape) in the conduit?
You call the same number you call for repairs… 800-288-2020
Request a service call for damaged drop.
Once a tech is dispatched and onsite you can discuss your concerns and solution placed. Depending on total distance, tech may or may not have enough drop on truck.

Got CAT 5E already in. All I actually need it the hook-ups at the ends.
