I cannot get in touch with anyone to file a new claim. Called multiple times.
A AT&T tech hit our gate entry box (apartment community) with his truck. They were installing Fiber at the time. We have this on video and it was verified by his manager who came in to talk to me. I was given Sedgwick's phone number and have called 3 times, left detailed messages and no call back or any communication. I tried to call Raymond J Koob, who was the manager on this day and his phone number is not working.
This was back in December and I need this $7000 invoice paid. Any help is appreciated.

You don't call Sedgwick directly to file a claim property damage claim follow the instructions in the link.
