How to modify the caller ID name on my digital home phone service

To update your called ID follow these steps:

1. please go to “Overview”, and then go to “My Digital phone” to get to where you manage your digital phone. 
2. go to “My voicemail & phone features”, then “phone features”.  Caller ID will be a category in that menu, and you can update the name there.
