Contact number for engineering department

I am in need of a number to contact AT&T engineering department. I need some phone lines relocated in our building but I keep getting the runaround and never get to the right department. I was supposed to get a call back and that never happened either. Relocation needed is at building in Cordele, GA. This is for commercial service.

at&t engineering doesnt have anything to do with inside wiring removal or moving as a matter of fact no workgroup with at&t does that, the building owner is responsible for moving stuff and usually hire an electrician

We need lines moved right where they come into the building (the D-mark) so this would be something that an AT&T engineer would have to do. I know this because I already spoke to AT&T about it one time and they even gave me names of 2 engineers however I never got a call like they said I would and now no one can get me with the right department.

To reach engineering you need the business group. To post in the business forum click on the AT&T Community Forms by the AT&T logo top left. Under additional forums click business forum than business forums again. At some point you'll have to log in again as it's a separate forum. Once into the business forum select Business Apps and Solutions, than Construction and Engineering Assistance. Post there and some one should take care of you.

This is a user to user help forum. It is not an AT&T support site. I am not an AT&T employee, read the ACE's disclaimer at the bottom of this post
