Cannot dial out from my landline
I can receive calls on my landline but cannot dial out. Have a dialtone, when I dial out get a quick busy tone. Dont know how to correct. Please advise

Do you have Uvoice (Voice Over Internet Protocol) or POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service)?
