Att driver driving truck on grass

Drove his truck all the way under to my building through the grass to get the terminal.  Just because he was to lazy to carrier his equipment to the job site.  When I asked him to driving on my landscaping he informed me that it was policy to drive his drive as close to his job site when he has heavy equipment.  Which I informed him that that was not true and I didn't care.  He needed to move his truck.  There are water sprinkler line that he was driving his truck on that he could be damaging and killing my grass.  He informed me that he had an emergency and I just me care about the elderly lady without services.  

Now he did remove his truck and apology for him pulling on the grass but that still not the point.  HE SHOULD OF NEVER PART ON OUR GRASS TO BEGIN WITH!!!!!!
