Access to inbound calls on A T &T Panasonic PNLC1070
I inherited a phone from my mother,[EDITED]. You were the service provider and voicemail collector for my deceased family members.
I am attempting to use the phone but am unable to receive inbound calls recently. Even when I was receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls there were problems with accessing my voicemail. I don’t know any information about my brothers service and/or line arrangements, but I would like to correct them so I can fully utilize this phone.
I have an account with you through my employer should you need any type of verification to alter the current schematic and free up service for use.

This is a user forum and not AT&T support. We have no access to account information. Since this is an open public forum you should remove all personal information. The phone itself hasn't got anything to do with phone company voicemail. As far as inbound and outbound calls go look up the manual to see how to set the ringer volume or turn it on and off. You say it use to work. Work where? In your home or your mothers old home? Have you plug another phone into the jack to see if it works? Is this a traditional or digital line? Who's your service provider? If you're saying AT&T was your moms service provider that really means nothing as the service provider doesn't affect the phones basic functions.
