Wireless Home Phone base
Want voicemail turned off completely. Phone is being used by my uncle in a nursing home. Right now when I call him the phone rings once and immediately goes into voicemail. He is almost 93 years old and doesn’t understand how to retrieve messages.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you really mean wireless home phone you'll need to call and have the voicemail turned off. If you're talking a cordless phone system go online and pull up the manual for the make and model you have.
