Where can I find a web page or a service page on the MyAtT&T app that lists call received and all blocking?

New user with AT&T Home Phone Service. Where is the service page to manage home phone call blocking? I get a LOT of spam callers using the caller ID, "Unavailable" and I would like to block them all. Note that this is NOT the same as "NO CALLER ID" which can be blocked automatically with a code (577). My previous provider had a very nice page that allowed for the management of unwanted callers. Where is it here?

To sum this up (good grief):

  1. No way to quickly update when someone calls (a spammer).  *61
  2. No way to see the whole list and add multiple entries to it.  Log into your account online to manage all phone features.
  3. No way to delete the whole list. See #2
  4. No way to see how many attempts were made by the blocked caller to re-dial. That is not an option
  5. No way to print/save/view the whole list. Not an option BUT you could highlight the numbers and then "copy & paste" into a word document.

Skeeter,

Don't know how it works where you are, but I was told by someone who should know that I was supposed to register my phone with Uverse on top of all that you posted...

That seems like the last and grossest straw to me. It's a fact that nothing works except dial tone on my phone now, seemingly no matter what I do.

So while I suspect that something needs to be done, I keep asking myself... Why? And more, why didn't anyone tell me of the ridiculously complicated and crazy process it truly is at ATT to get home phone service. I've seriously been tempted to chuck it and go to a third party instead of this crap.

PS your support service stinks. I just waited for 10 minutes for "Support" to tell me that "Advanced Support wait times were long"

Hey @chowda99. Thanks for reaching out about the unwanted calls you're receiving on your home phone.

We'd suggest you use this steps to help block the unwanted calls you keep receiving. To turn on Call Block you'll just need to press *60, and if prompted, press 3 to turn the feature. Then you'll be able to add what number to block by pressing #, dial the 10-digit number you want to add, and press # to confirm. You can repeat the process for up to 10 numbers.

Let us know if these steps help.

Sorry that's way too complicated:

  1. No way to quickly update when someone calls (a spammer).
  2. No way to see the whole list and add multiple entries to it.
  3. No way to delete the whole list.
  4. No way to see how many attempts were made by the blocked caller to re-dial.
  5. No way to print/save/view the whole list.

Do you have a full, comprehensive listing of all these features?

As an illustration of how bad the CS is, try calling to ask about this feature.

How about a page where all featured can be managed.
