Is there a speed dial voicemail access number provided for use with cordless telephone/answering system?

When I dial 1, there is a message that says 'your call cannot be completed as dialed. '

What service are you using and are you talking about phone company supplied voicemail?  If you're talking about the answering machine in your home phones base unit, than you'd have to following the access instructions for that unit.

It gives a busy signal. Recall my voicemail is associated with my phone instrument, not the ATT system.

It’s with my phone until, not ATT email. The directions for the phone say one has to get the proper phone number from the service provider (ATT) to be able to set up the “one button” dial to access email. This is what I am seeking.

Can you provide the make and model number of your phone? I'm not sure exactly what it is you're looking for. Please explain further just what this one touch button is for and where you're getting your information. If you're getting you information from the users manual, what does the front of the users manual say the manual is for.

Are you trying to

1. Access AT&T provided voicemail service? If so with what service? Cell phone? u-verse? Traditional landline? other?

2. Is it your email you're trying to access via the one touch button you're talking about?

3. Is it you phones answering machine you're trying to access remotely?

Thank you. It’s ATT TL96456 DECT 6.0 cordless telephone/answering system with BLUETOOTH wireless technology. In the section “Set speed dial voicemail number,” This feature lets you save your voicemail number for quick access when you press and hold the 1 key. In the instructions to set the voicemail number, it says use the dialing keys to enter the voicemail access number provide by your telephone service provider. It’s this access number that I am seeking.
