Screen unresponsive after Android upgrade

My s10+ plus got frozen after I upgraded to android 10.0, I tried force restart and reset and still didn't work until I called Samsung and they directed me to their service centre. The phone started working fine and after 2 days, the problem is back again. I don't think taking it back to the service centre will fix it permanently.
