Phone assist did not provide what was asked for.

I asked for AT&T UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE℠ CALLING ONE over a month ago and as of my second bill since then there has been no change. I need an other way to get this done. It's not available on my account controls.

Hello @johnkerr25

We understand you want to change your home phone service plan.

You will need to call in by phone to make those changes here is a page that has that information.

Let us know if that helped you.

Not knowing your details, I can't find a link for that plan, but there is an unlimited LD calling plan you can find here

The link gives you an 800 number and an online sign up.  I can't find any reference to "Phone Assist" with a forum search or an online search.  So if the information contained in the link for getting the service isn't what you're looking for maybe someone else knows what it is.
