Not Receiving Calls & The Do Not Disturb Feature - Digital Phone

Digital Phone - Do Not Disturb Call Feature

 

We understand that some of our members are not receiving phone calls. This could be related to a feature known as Do Not Disturb. This feature prevents all incoming calls from ringing through, giving callers a busy signal. In some instances, this feature is turned on inadvertently.


You have two options to setup this feature:


Using Your Home Phone

To turn on the Feature Dial: *78#
To turn off the feature: Dial 79#

 

On The Via The Customer Portal

1. Go to the Online Portal.
2. Scroll down until you see Featured Controls.
3. Click on Do Not Disturb.
4. Select On to enable the feature, Off to disable the feature.
5. Select Save.

You all have spotty service, I have a multitude of dropped calls. I Spoke to Salvador to help me extend payment arrangements due to the covid pandemic I am still out of work. He assured me my services would remain on and I had more time to pay. Next day wireless services are off but internet is still on. Called AT&T they never know which department they are in or what area they can help you with. No one takes responsibility and tries to push blame to the other department. LYDIA the supervisor in wireless—worthless and disrespectful. Was not willing to listen or even look into the situation kept repeating it was not her department and not her problem to sum up. Once transferred to the Uverse department they could see my payment arrangement was extended but not for my phone. Why the (Edited per community guidelines) would I not do both when I called if that is what was needed? Salvador assured me I was extending dates for both services, he lied and they refuse to transfer me to him. No one is held responsibility in this business they are free to lie and tell you whatever works for them to get you off the phone and have no one to answer to. The managers are even worse and are not equipped to deal with real people and have no customer service skills. I then NOW HAVE TO PAY A $35 RESTORAL FEE after calling in to do my part to get my arrangement scheduled, and your associate Salvador failed to do so. They do not care about their customers, staff is horribly trained you call they all tell you different information and it sad they are worse than xfinity/ comcast, everyone knows how horrible their customer service is.
