My pre-paid AT&T calling card

When I've tried to use my card it keeps saying that my card "is being used" and prevent me from using it!!

I've their customer service, but no help insight.

It is recommended to reach out to the original point of sale where the prepaid card was purchased, or you can also contact the support number on the back on the card for additional assistance.
