Home VM viewer app

Hello. I have been using the ATT home vm viewer app. It’s been working perfectly. However, our landline gave out so we had to get a new set of landline phones. Now we are unable to access any new voicemails through the app. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still cannot get any new vm. What can be done to get this fixed?

VM viewer is a service provide by the phone company and has nothing to do with the phones you have in your home.   If your landline "gave out" was it you phones or the phone line?  You'll need to report this to the phone company.
