Daily unwanted caller
For years, I seem to have the same unwanted caller, call my landline and hang up. How do I identify and stop these calls? Is there a way to block the calls? I do not have caller ID and am not willing to pay for that feature. I would change to another carrier before I pay for that feature.

If you don't have CID to identify the caller and you don't know the number there is no way to block it. Call blocking and CID go hand in hand, with any provider.
